When I went to the hotel, I was sent to another hotel in terminal 5…40 minutes away by foot. Then I was told by those staff my room was at the original location! It was very frustrating. I was exhausted and alone so I felt unsafe walking outside by myself in error.

With a flight cancellation they refused to change the dates if the stay even though they were empty. Other hotels routinely do that but this one wouldn't. Bad customer service when there's are other options is simply bad business sense.
