"The hotel was in an excellent location - very close to the main station and only a short walk to the old town. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the spa facilities were wonderful. I would certainly stay here again and can highly recommend it"

"Visited with teen grandson in August, temp in low 30’s very hot. Room temp is set at reception so requested that it be turned down to mid/low 20’s which was done but kept resetting to a higher temp! Room was quite small and had two single beds even though I had booked two twins, queried at reception but was told that counts as a twin?? However, overall hotel was comfortable, welcoming and clean with very friendly personable staff. Would recommend despite my moans as very convenient with great transport links.."
