This was a great location for the hiking we did in the area. It was never too far of a drive to get to great trailheads, including several leading up to Mount Washington. Town is also within walking distance, including a grocery store (approx. 1 mile). It was just my husband and I, so the size was ideal with one bedroom and a comfy mattress.
The only reason I took off a point is because parts of the place are really dated. We like to cook rather than eat out, and the kitchen area had gray paint over an old linoleum counter. The stove, while newer was smaller than normal with a burner that was uneven and hard to cook on. The pots and pans were passing but cheap.
This is a first floor unit facing the parking lot. We had no noise issues, but I imagine it can get loud. We didn’t use the pool, but it and the sauna looked clean. Finally, while there were no odors in the unit, someone living down the hall must be a heavy smoker because the hallway reeked every time we returned.
