Room Service: best dish was the fruit plate. Awesome! Creamy soup was also good. the hotel app indicates breakfast is available 24 hours. However I was informed that was a mistake and hotel will correct information. Despite Lima having delicious fruits, hotel had problem accommodating my requests for a papaya juice. They made it happen, but it seemed like I was requesting a strange dish. They did not have fresh fruit juice, except for Orange, Passion Fruit and lemonade. I also ordered toasts with butter and jam. Same feeling like I was requesting something outrageous. They made it happen, but was inconsistent. Each night they brought different types of bread, even though they never offered the bread they had available. Specifically requested cup of very hot milk, 80% of times milk arrived luke warm.

Hotel is exactly as it appears in pictures. ROOM: asked for 2 beds. When arrived, there was one queen bed. Hotel separated the bed in 2, left us with 2 tiny beds, uncomfortable. Room quiet, super clean. Bathroom was disabled accessible as we had requested. 2 free bottles of water available daily. Wide space in room and bathroom. Had issues with tv not working for a few hours, with calling front desk for 10 minutes with no answer, with calling more than once to get extra blanket, which arrived very late, with no dial tone for over 2 hours; AREA: fabulous, close to everything. Very safe any time of day or night. hotel beautiful to look at, colorful, catchy bright videos of local places and fauna displayed on huge screens. Arrived by taxi and almost missed the entrance. Entrance is non descript. The shops next to it take over the attention. Also, unable to stop right in front of entrance. Had to park a few meters back, in front of the entrance to the parking garage, and unload our luggage. Finally someone from the hotel approached and helped carry luggage. 90% of the time we were unable to get off a cab in front of the hotel, there were always other cars parked there, and the driveway semi circle that goes into the sidewalk of the hotel supposed to be available for guests to get in or out of cars, was always occupied by hotel car offering tours. Several times walked by staff focused on their cellphones, they did not even notice me. Bar has so much potential!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I say this as someone who’s been to over twenty countries. The location is super convenient. Safe neighborhood, right next to Kennedy park and tourist information center (check out their walking tour!). Very good breakfast. But the best, best, best part is their staff. So extremely kind and helpful. On my last night of stay here I was experiencing a pretty bad diarrhea, and they helped to call in a medics who arrived in 15 minutes. I don’t speak Spanish, but their staff Evelyn helped with translation throughout the entire process and went to the pharmacy with me to get the medicine. She was there for me the whole time. I wish there’s a way I can do something for her in return, but she said she was more than happy to help. She simply wished when she’s alone in a foreign country in the future, someone will help her as well. She’s the highlight of my stay in Peru. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again. No doubt. I hope the hotel keeps their business up and running well, and the best for Evelyn.

From the moment we entered this Hotel we were pleased. The hotel is AMAZING! everything about our stay was perfect. Ultra modern and comfortable, superior service and staff. We felt like family at the end. Breakfast was amazing and the options were endless! Super convenient location. Kennedy park is 2 streets over with lots of activity, a leisurly stroll to Larcomar, Inka market and Calle de la Pizza all walking distance. We felt safe any time of day into early hours of the morning. Special mention to Andres, Nestor, Edu, Luis, Fatima for making us feel so comfortable. So much attention to detail. Every single design had meaning and a story. It waa heartbreaking to leave.We will be back. Thank you Nhow Lima. We love you. 🇧🇧

Fabulous new property in great location in Miraflores. Room spacious and comfy. Heated rooftop pool was great for afternoon swim and cocktail. Breakfast was amazing lots of really nice choices. Staff were all great especially Renado on the front desk, Nestor & Fatima in the restaurant and Miguel in the bar did a fun pisco sour making class too.

My stay at nhow Lima exceeded all expectations. The design is modern and artistic, creating a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff was genuinely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent—fresh ingredients, great variety, and plenty of healthy options. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and shops. nhow Lima is new, stylish, and comfy. I 100% enjoyed my stay there. The only critic I have is that I was told that the breakfast was $17 USD as an add-on when I checked in. But I ended up paying almost double the price after I had the breakfast. Please be aware.
