The resort is beautiful and in a great location for the beach or walking around. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The key cards were bracelets which was so helpful for swimming and adventuring. I would recommend a room with an ocean view as the pool view is incredibly loud from dawn until after dark. And definitely plan on walking or driving a ways if youre not spending an arm and a leg for food/water.

Everything was okay but could’ve been better with just simple communications posted in the room (WiFi password was different than the system asked for). Check-in did take way longer than expected. Seems like that could be a little more customer on vacation friendly. I now have to call them to finalize payment bc the two cards I gave at check-in couldn’t be used though the one charge went through perfectly fine.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms was very nice. The grounds and amenities like the pool were outstanding. The location is perfect with easy walking to stores and beach. We loved the salad bar at Dukes. We would stay again. Only downside is everything is expensive, but that's Hawaii.

The manager during our stay was rude when we tried to discuss the charges on our room. We were told one thing on check-in then charged something else. Wanted to argue the point and be confrontational rather than help figure out why it occurred and how they could better the process so that it does not happen again. Unwilling to take any ownership for desk staff error.

We loved staying here. First off, the ocean view could not be beat, having our morning coffee on the balcony. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Pool was a nice temperature and huge, an ocean stroll was minutes away. Many great little shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location, beautiful property, gorgeous grounds, clean beach, walking distance to food, massive pool. We had an amazing time. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the food - overpriced and not that great at the hotel. We ate elsewhere most of the trip.

Beyond terrible customer service. No follow up from staff or hotel manager following noise complaint, incorrect food billing and promise of resort refunds due to issues with broken toilet, noise from maintenance which guests were not informed of. The list goes on. Awful hotel, mainly due to the complete lack of customer service and trust. They also don’t adhere to their own eco friendly policies.
