The checking in process was rotten. The first room assigned was already occupied which I only found by going to the room. After getting a second room assigned, when I went toTHAT roof, it, too was occupied. All of this required up and down 10 flights of stiars before the third room I was assigned actually was empty ... and I did not go up to that room unitl the desk clerk personally made the trip up and back. The room was adequate only and when I sought the provided brfeakfast, the only option was packaged pastry only. I will certainly not seek lodging at this facility again.

Nice little spot to stay while traveling.

Traveling from the Bay Area to So. Ca. and needed a dog friendly spot to stay. This hotel was quiet, tucked in to the hills at the bottom of the Grapevine with a gorgeous sunset at the end of the day. Not much in the direct area for food, but if you head back on the freeway one exit you will find more. Super cute, bed was comfy and they had a 2-room suite with three beds that worked great for 3 people and one pup. Staff was great, especially when somone blocked in our miving van and we could not get out in the morning, everything was handled great by the staff. If the opportunity arises, we would definitely stay again!

Quiet rooms. Easy parking & easy in/out. Breakfast not exciting but adequate. Refer in room ticked all night, had to unplug. Bathroom exhaust fan super noisy but did work. All in all a good stay.

Ripped Off!

First off, I almost never write reviews and definitely never write negative ones. This is an exception. We booked a room here, not knowing that the road was closed at both exit and entrance. Once we consulted maps and found out, we immediately canceled the room. Within five minutes. The management of the hotel refused to refund our money. It should be noted this is the first time in over one hundred rooms booked on hotels.com that I have requested a refund.. Be sure you check accessibility before you book here. Because customer service is nonexistent.

Just okay

The location was amazing and the room was very clean however, there was no Wi-Fi service and when we asked if we can get help we were told we had to call an IT person and when we attempted to call the number was disconnected. Breakfast was supposed to be offered however breakfast consisted of yogurt coffee and a couple of muffins. The staff was nice but not helpful the pool was beautiful and clean. Overall it was a visit that I will not experience again
