This suite is located in the 3rd level(finish basement) of the house. The outside area is secured by outdoor security cameras.
No parties, smoking, drugs & pet
service/emotional support animals allowed.
Also access to the common areas upstairs such as kitchen, dining room, laundry room and Patio in backyard.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a private bathroom, and nice waiting/seating room.
There is a smart TV.
Conveniently located close to I-85, 316, US-78, and Sugarloaf Parkway

THIS IS A SHARE HOME WITH THE OWNER.. WE HAVE CARPET ALL OVER THE HOME. WE ASK THAT NO SHOES ON THE CARPET WHILE IN THE HOME BECAUSE OUR LITTLE KIDS PLAY AND LAYDOWN ON THE FLOOR ALL THE TIME.

WE HAVE KIDS THAT ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 5YRS OLD IN THE HOME
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND YOU WILL HAVE SOME NOISE DURING THE WEEKEND CAUSE THE KIDS ARE HOME FROM DAYCARE AND SCHOOL.

If you can't respect our wishes, our family don't wish to host your stay at our home. Everyone follow the same rules.
