Don’t stay here unless you’re in casino all night

Staff could care less about helping me .. very indifferent. Place reaked of smoke from casino and my room was dusty with spiders and webs up in ceiling. No maid service between first and second nights . Was charged a “ hotel amenity “ fee each night and had to laugh. No coffee, pool, valet, a working phone or shuttle service as they advertised. I heard rumors from people in town that a lot of escorts use this hotel and come in and out by the hour I did see some pretty shady looking women.
Curtains were a hot mess and dirty

Booked through Hotels.com when I arrived at 3:45 was told that I would have to wait until 4:00 to check in or it would be considered an early checking and there is a $15.00 fee. I waited, once I attempted to check in was told that my reservation had been canceled and I would need to take it up with Hotels.com.I showed my confirmation. No Help I had to scramble and find another Hotel in the area. DO Not Wast you time with this outdated dirty Hotel.

Rooms were large and clean. Staff was professional. What i didn't like was if you were buying more than one drink the others you were buying for had to be with you and they do not sell doubles. And the shots were about half the size of a normal one. Very pricey.

cigarette butts in the bathtub

The room was disgusting. I accidentally booked a smoking room. The front desk refused to move me because I booked through hotels.com not because they didn’t have non-smoking rooms. There were cigarette butts in the bathtub. The room obviously wasn’t cleaned. Yuk!

Some things were missing.

The state was OK we found there was a few things. I really would’ve made our stay a little better when would’ve been a clock in the room. One would’ve been a lamp on the bedside table. Also, the shower was very nice, but it was very slippery. We had to put a towel down on the floor so we wouldn’t slip and fall.
