This was our third visit to Ryan’s cottage. We love this little cottage for our family get-togethers. It is small and simple, which we don’t mind because we spend most of our time outside. It is on a quiet part of the Ottawa River, but very close to amenities in Pembroke.

Was woken up at 2 am by a lady staying next room over. Screaming and yelling my tv was too loud Tv was on but on mute In the morning loading my car was verbally abused by the same women. Besides that all was good

Any more then 1 traveler, avoid floor #3, as there are stairs to climb and you must leave luggage/belongings at foot of said stairs, if multiple trips to room are required. "The property itself was ok. However, there were other issues that detracted from it being an overall good experience.
We booked two king rooms through Expedia but were given two queens with no communication . When we raised the issue we were given a flimsy excuse about not having enough housekeeping staff to make the king sized beds. Over a 3 night stay no one made the beds, brought fresh towels, took away the garbage, cleaned the bathroom or replenished the coffee station supplies. The tv in one of the rooms did not work. They fixed it the next day but then the remote didn't work. "
