Room was clean and spacious, and the kitchen and baths were stocked up with tons of necessities. Only complaint really was the bed was not as comfortable since it was a spring mattress. But the sheets were clean and soft. Very close to Summerlin area which was a plus.

Clean, well appointed accommodations. Good location to explore the strip, Red Rock Canyon, and the surrounding areas. Downside: road noise and upstairs neighbors. We were on the first floor and every sound came through the ceiling. If you stay here, bring earplugs so you can sleep. They send plenty of text messages to help you check in, but we still had a bit of trouble. We probably missed the directions due to road fatigue. I recommend this place but bring ear plugs!

The pool was cold and got colder each day we stayed. The hot tub was hot but each day got cooler and could be used. The unit was clean and well stocked with cookware, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. Easy access to most places we had planned on visiting.

I enjoyed the complex overall. However, I encountered some inconveniences, such as the issues with the keys constantly not working were I had to go to the office almost every day to get them to exchange them. Another problem was the towels not been taken back even after I had put a work order. It's frustrating that I requested towels and then I find a bag of towels left on the porch rather than a proper exchange. It’s unfortunate that I had to purchase items like paper towels and toilet paper during my vacation stay. This should not have been necessary, and I’m sorry for the oversight. The dishwasher was not working and it caused a lot of disruption on my stay. I selected a non-smoking place and a lot of the neighbors were smoking were I could not be outside. especially since you selected a nonsmoking option. On my last day I go to the office so that I could extend my stay or ask for a longer stay and the Office rep that was there told me she couldn't help me. Anyways I asked her for more help but she kep refusing. I just had to walk away

Love that there’s no casino. It’s family friendly, quiet, and central to downtown and Summerlin. Really appreciate having a full kitchen and laundry room. And room to move around in a real apartment instead of a tiny hotel room.

We were so happy to find The Cliffs for our vacation with our children to Las Vegas. This was a safe and clean property with great amenities. Our 2 bedroom rental had everything we needed and was large and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, fitness center and game room.

On arrival the staff was extremely friendly. Checked in and went to the room it was extremely spacious and clean. I had family come over so I can cook and spend time parking for guest is a little difficult but it wasn't the end of the world. My only complaint is the windows are old and thin and you can hear the streets.

Pros and cons

My experience at check-in was somewhat confusing they tried to get me to go to a timeshare meeting after just booking a regular hotel stay. The rooms were amazing clean comfortable. It came with all the amenities like dishes pots and pans laundry soap the only thing that I disliked about this was only one pack of coffee for the whole three day stay. Also you must take out your trash and take all linens off the beds and pillows or they will charge you from the deposit. The pool was extremely dirty and smelled and was very salty.the staff was not friendly and very rude to deal with.

Staff here are courteous, kind and professional. Property is immaculate. Room is equipped with everything you need and it’s easy to find everything. Son lives in Henderson so I visit him here often and this is the best place I’ve stayed at overall.
