I booked for two nights. The first morning I noted that the shower head holding bracket was broken. i managed to to take a hand held shower and reported it to the front desk. They said that it would be repaired by the time I returned for the second night. It was never repaired or replaced. When I questioned the front desk I was told that they didn't have parts to fix the problem. I, along with the maintenance tech jury rigged the head with ty-wraps to allow me to take a normal shower. The maintenance tech said that your hotel knew about the problem but would not purchase the needed replacement parts for my room as well as several other rooms. This is unacceptable management decision making.in my opinion. Your hotel is third rate at best in my opinion. I will not be booking Sleep Inn ever again.

The desk clerk was nat every concern that the key cards didn't work. That i had to go down stairs to get it fix. Thay put us next to the elevator and it was very noisy. I had a early medical procedure so i didn't get a chance to try breakfast .

Check-in was easy. I stayed for 4 days, the was no housekeeping on any of the days. The room had a faint odor when entering. There was a lot of minor damage around the room: cracked light switches, missing board over a door, water leaked from under the shower door, etc. Nothing that would make it uninhabitable. It was decent and the price was low.
