Very clean property with some lake views on front of the house. Location was very convenient and close to everything.Owner was very responsive and had everything ready for us before we came. Nice end unit townhouse only attached on one side. Awesome natural light ceiling sunroofs all over and big windows and sliding glass door. Clean week kept grounds outside. Inside also clean and comfortable, close to everything. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great air conditioning. Host is very nice. Will definitely stay again

Anniversary Getaway

Our stay was amazing, the condo was absolutely beautiful! Clean, bright, decor was perfect, it had everything we needed. Every where we had planned to go was 6 min or less away. We even walked to one of our dinner reservations. And we were able to see the water as soon as we left the drive way. I will definitely be telling everyone about or stay and our place. We will most likely be back!

Perfect Position and Perfect Host

We were blessed to stay at the most beautiful place, in the perfect location for us and with fabulous neighbours around. Our host Regina was fantastic, prompt communication and assisting us with some personal requests were spot on. Highly recommended if you are travelling to Lake Havasu.

Great Location and Place!

This was our first time in Lake Havasu City and we absolutely loved it! Regina's responses were quick and very kind. Check-in directions were clear and easy. The unit is spacious and had everything we needed for cooking meals. The garage is a bonus as we had a rental car. The London Bridge and parks are beautiful and clean. Makai Cafe is fantastic! We felt very safe going for evening walks in the area. Sunsets are spectacular. People are very friendly here. Thank you for a memorable stay. We'll definitely be coming back! :) Monika and family

The location is awesome. It's an end unit and its very close to the water. The area is quiet. The house was clean and the AC worked great. The host was communicative and friendly. The check in and check out processes were simple. The host was available via text for questions which was nice.

THEE ABSOLUTE BEST !!!!

From the moment I rented the condo online last month, until checking out today, it was the smoothest process I have had using VRBO (which we use quite often). Regina was always avaible, provided updates throughout the wait prior to coming and when we arrived then let us enjoy our time peacefully. Thank you Regina!!! The condo was immaculate! Clean and comfortable! In such a secluded neighborhood off the beaten path which we desperately sought in order to relax, breathe and bond (my wife and I). However, the lake, restaurants and the energy of the city was within a 5 minute drive as well as the London bridge 3 minutes away which was neat. We will absolutey be back !!
