Acogedora y limpia casa de piscina con decoración contemporánea y una segunda sala de estar que se ha convertido en una sala de juegos con una mesa de billar / air hockey. La casa cuenta con calefacción central y aire acondicionado, nuevos ventiladores de techo e iluminación en cada habitación y está repleta de comodidades que incluyen un descalcificador de agua, TV por cable y WIFI. El dormitorio principal y el dormitorio adicional están equipados con camas queen y el otro dormitorio adicional tiene dos camas individuales. El dormitorio principal, la sala de estar y la sala de juegos están equipados con televisores de pantalla plana de más de 50 pulgadas. Overall, a good visit.

Assuming that our "damage deposit" is promptly returned via our credit card we will use this property again. We used only one of the bedrooms. We left it cleaner than we found it. Owner/manager was slow to respond to a wi-fi outage, but not a deal breaker. We are both active seniors, NOT partiers. One short complaint, the check-in time was late at 4 pm and the check-out was early at 10. In at 3 and out at 11 is pretty much the industry standard.

Lake Havasu Stay

We stayed one month at this property. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. Very convenient and a nice neighborhood. Jamie was very easy to work with and very prompt replying to any questions we had. Very accommodating to our schedule. Would stay again if we have the opportunity.

My Stay

The property was very clean, and access was easy. My One disappointment was the pool table/air hockey. It is one table combining both games and the table was very unstable to the point it could collapse if you had to lean on the table to make a pool table shot. One of my main attractions to the property was the pool table to enjoy some games with the family after a day out at the lake. If I would have known about the pool table status It would have been not my choice to stay.

Great pool and area

In all description is right on. My family really enjoyed the stay. The only reason I gave an overall 4 star rating is because I was REALLY looking forward to the air hockey and pool table but it pretty beat up and and not level, so there wasnt much interest in using it. Beds were okay. Really liked it had a dog door. House was pretty nice and was located in a good area.

Disappoointed not as advertised !

THE HOUSE was clean . Although pictures made it look larger. Our disappointment was with the pool table and the swimming pool . The pool table was in a state of disrepair with one of the side braces broken. the ping pong portion or table was in a state of needing to be replaced as there were many cracked and broken parts on the table . Plus had we wanted to play ping pong there were no ping pong balls available to play a game. The swimming pool was a disaster . On awakening on our first full day I went out to the pool to take a swim and lo and behold there were two dead mice in the pool . I fished them out and waited until the late afternoon to use the pool. As I went to use the pool later in the day the pool was full of debris . I tried to use the skimmer net but it had a hole in it , so the leaves, flowers and what ever else just flowed right through the netting. the vacuum did not pick up any of the debris and neither did the filter. In the picture the waterfalls are shown as flowing water back into the pool . Not once in our entirety stay did these waterfalls come on . the property was overpriced and ill maintained as far as I could tell. The list of duties left by the owner to perform before departure was somewhat unreasonable . The only duties not asked to perform was change the bedding ,vacuum the floors and remake the beds. Whoever recommend this property must have been in cahoots with the owner as it certainly was not worth the price we were charged. Not worth i

Comfortable & Fun Stay

We loved this property! The couch, beds, outdoor seating, and dining room were all comfortable. The pool was divine. The house smelled so clean when we walked in, which was nice. The dogs happily used the dog door. Water was hot for showers, even with 4 of us showering close together. Highly recommend!

Great family getaway

We absolutely loved staying here! My boys loved the pool, everyone had a comfy room and bed, the kitchen is well stocked and the Game room is such a nice bonus! We made breakfast one morning, played games at the table in the evening’s, and explored the area, of course we checked out the bridge and the lake! The location is fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. The host communicated with us promptly and was very accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property

We rented this for my cousins coming to town. To start there we’re rose pedals on the bed (amazing touch). We loved using the fire pit area to catch up and watch the amazing stargazing view. Thank you so much for the stay, this is our number 1 place to stay when family comes to town

Parade of Lights Stay

Stayed here for a baseball tournament and the annual Parade of Lights in the channel. Quaint house that was within short driving distance to parks, food and grocery. Quiet neighborhood. Questionable choice in decor/ tableware for guests to use. The entire collection of coffee mugs had profane messages on them (try explaining to your 11 year old daughter what a mug that says "UNT" with a blackened C-shaped handle means). Also the words "Hey nice" and a picture of a rooster on the toilet lid in the master bath was also quite special. Having access to park the vehicle in the garage was nice. Pool/Air hockey table also helped entertain the kids.
