Manager is unreasonable, hope you have no issues

I had two rooms, one for 3 nights and one for 2 nights. I was supposed to have the 3 nights and my employee the 2 nights. When we checked in, we didn't discuss which room was for which and so on the third night they made me pay for an additional night even though it was their mistake to not check with us which room should be with which person. The manager was obstinate and was supposed to call me about the matter this monday, but never did. Finally and this matter less to me but there was a dead roach at the front door upon entry and a live german cockroach in my room's bathroom. There was hair behind the door in the bathroom and also when I moved the night table next to my bed, it was really gross and dirty. Bed was nice, breakfast was fine.

Almost everytime going to front desk would have to call the hotel to get someone at the desk. In the gym there is no water, no towels, 2/3 of the machines dont work, the cable machine has been misused so it barely works and theres no attachments for it. Dumbbells only go up to 20lbs. And it feels like they cut the air off in there feeling atleast 10° warmer. Several times during the stay there would be dogs barking from someonea room for 3-4 hours at a time

Staff advised us that the elevator was under inspection and there was a possibility that we would be stuck if we proceeded. Check in took 30 minutes due to an issue with their system & Expedia. Linens were clean, but they were aged. Location is the plus side, if you are looking to gamble at the nearby Horseshoe.

I dint like that your breakfast dint have eggs or Sauage or bacon and that the food was cold beause they did not plug in warmer the sausage gravy and biscut being hot woold have been nice and come on eggs or not that expensive if so add a dollar or 2 to room price quit being cheap.I stayed in 2 of your hotels in 3 weeks all cheap on breafast I believe ill drive a little further and stay at Best Western and no im not the only one that will be doing so Thank you I checked out a day early so that should guy quite afew eggs vet-ry disapointed

Overall Okay

It was very close to the casino which was a plus. The room was clean. We slept in so we didn't get to eat the breakfast provided by the hotel. The towels are a bit thin & the elevator didn't work the first day we were there.

This place sucks! Do not at this hotel

Floor tile unevenin bathroom and out, bathroom door dragging on floor and not able to completely open, elevator worked half the time (manager said the elevator was overheating and had to cool down) no lids for coffee cups. This place is so bad that we checked out a day early. When checking out manager stated she could not provide receipt since the internet was down.
