Horseshoe has beautiful and modern rooms with a cozy feel. Security at the casino was friendly while ensuring a safe experience. We had trouble trying to have our players rewards from MGM reviewed. Tanner took down my information but when I went to check in the morning (as instructed) I was told that Tanner was part of the marketing team, and only the marketing team could assist with that. That evening we provided our email address but we never received any type of follow up. I wish they had the Wheel of Fortune slot machines but it was still a fun time.

There was a super loud knocking noise in the wall every time the AC kicked on. Kept me up the entire night which is sad because the room was beautiful. Just didnt get any good sleep.

It has so much potential to be great. The pitfalls we experienced were dirty room: dirty in and around the bathroom mostly- like poorly cleaned up after construction. The air conditioner was not functioning properly and made a loud sound when it would kick on. The accessibility to the hotel portion of the casino is lacking- poor signage and lengthy winding pathway to get where you need to be. Pros- staff is friendly, limited but decent food options, cute decor in the rooms.
