Welcome to our spacious and beautifully furnished 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home located in the heart of South Orange County! Our home is perfect for families, groups, or professionals who need a comfortable and convenient place to stay. You will find everything you need in this quiet and exclusive guard-gated, neighborhood home. Less than a 7 mile drive to the beach and close to entertainment, restaurants, Disneyland, world-class shopping and so much more!

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy living area with a vaulted ceiling and connected to a formal dining room with a large table that seats 8 people, perfect for family dinners or hosting dinner parties.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream with all the modern appliances you need to prepare meals, including a stove, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, two coffee makers (Keurig and drip) and a large refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker.

Connected to the kitchen is the cozy family room with a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights and relaxation.

For those who need to work remotely, we have a private office with a desk and comfortable office chair.

Our 4 bedrooms are beautifully furnished and designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation. Each room features a comfortable bed, two rooms with king-size beds and two with queen-size beds, premium linens, and plenty of closet space. All 4 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials.

We also have 4 large flat-screen TVs with Roku streaming in the family room, and 3 bedrooms, so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies anytime.

High-speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the home. Also included is a laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink, and a three car attached garage

Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, our home is just minutes away from the best shopping, dining, and entertainment that South Orange County has to offer. You'll also have easy access to major highways, making it convenient to explore all that Southern California has to offer.
