Bedding was clean. Building was undergoing substantial renovation and I suspect the end result will be great. However, the room lacked some furniture and the lamps were sitting the floor. There was no coffee maker, hairdryer or water glasses in the room. The advertised breakfast was very very limited and there was no place to sit. I was disappointed that the hotel and travelocity did not make the state of renovations known to me prior to my making a reservation.

Was a good nights rest for the money

The hotel is under renovation, but the king bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the pool and jacuzzi were working. We only needed to stay one night, it was good. Breakfast could have used some fresh coffee, it was not hot, and likely from the day before. Not a big choice, but not many guests, so I get it.

Staff was friendly but not accommodating when wanting to check out early. We couldn't stay in our room due to how unclean it felt and no heat except the space heater they had in the room. Also had metal posts stuffing out from bottom of the bed. Safety issue there. I kicked it a few times, if I was elderly i probably would've fallen. I also messaged the hotel and got no response back.

The most complaint we have is cleanliness. The room was very dirty and hallways need to be cleaned little better. No towels for pool area, staff was good.

I chose this property based on recent reviews which I found to be fairly accurate. The hotel is undergoing renovations which didn’t affect our stay. The pool area was clean enough although lacking in towels. Didn’t see much staff except when we checked in. The breakfast offered is standard: waffle maker, cereal, juice/coffee, yogurt, fruit. The place was good value for the price.

Our dresser is broken and falling apart, collapsing in the middle. The shower was GROSS. Mold/mildew on the shower head, cobwebs above all the doors. The fridge didn't work, the microwave didn't work. Will not ever stay again.
