The Fitness Room was very warm. In the pool area there was an off odor, almost like electrical fire or wires burning, or excessive chlorine. It smelled like fumes. Same goes for in the elevator. Not 100% Satisfied. Front desk could not provide me with a receipt upon checkout and I've not seen it online.

We booked a king bed and were given a room with 2 beds, we had no sound on our tv so we couldn’t use it, and our bathroom door did not close tight. We will never stay at this hotel again. We were not offered any money off for no working tv.

This room had trash in it on the floor and around nightstands, the hallway smelled of weed, the refrigerator smelled stale. When we looked in the bathroom, it had paint marks all around and on the door as well as surrounding furniture. We had stayed at the building before it was remodeled and you can stand in the hole where the wall used to be in the room. The room had a bed, two chairs, a TV stand with desk and a lamp, that was it. Half the room was empty. When we left the cleaning crew was asking people if they were checking out, and what room they had come from. I was unimpressed with the staff and the entire venue was not worth the price we paid to stay at it. Hard to believe that it was a Hilton chain. The only good things were the bed was comfortable and the shower with two non matching shower heads was neat. The rest as a disgrace and whoever paid for the renovation should get money back.
