The residence is in the Confins valley, 1.2 km from the ski connection to Balme and Bossonnet, 1.8 km from the Bossonnet ski lifts and 2.4 km from the village center. The shuttle stop is 150 m away and Annecy is 30 km away. Parking offers shared spaces on site and a covered garage space. A shared tennis court and ski storage room are also at your disposal. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Access to the apartment is via an internal staircase going down.
