The suggestive stone walls offer an escape from the heat in the summer, and for those who like to enjoy the sun, there is an ambient private pool area with a children\'s swimming area and sun loungers. The outdoor space also has a large private garden with a covered alfresco dining area that can be used any time of the day and where you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast, as well as a barbecue and grill for family get-togethers or parties.

Location
The holiday villa enjoys an excellent location to enjoy a delightfully tranquil and intimate vacation on Kvarner Bay. The deep-blue clear waters of the Jadronovo and Havisce beaches are a 15-minute drive from here. The seaside town is also a renowned health resort and it has a couple of nice spots to explore like the charming harbour, as well as a romantic old town and town museum. Moreover, due to Crikvenica Bay’s mild climate, you can enjoy swimming in the sea for a longer period than usual; from May to late October!

From the rental’s location, you can easily reach the sunniest island in Kvarner Bay, Krk Island, in a 10-minute drive. Dramalj, known for its sunny weather and lovely beaches equipped with extra entertainment amenities and shallow waters great for families with children, is about a 20-minute drive. The apartment is also a convenient driving distance to other pearls of the riviera like Novi Vinodolski and Crikvenica, both located about a 10-20 minute drive from here. Moreover, during winter, guests can enjoy the ski resort of Platak, which is about a 40-minute drive.

The closest international airport in Rijeka is just a 10-minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
