The staff are very helpful and attentive! They made our stay very comfortable. Good clean and comfortable room, nice bathroom. We had the continental club lounge which was lovely to relax in, with a good choice of drinks, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very good location for shopping, and fairly close to the ferry. It feels clean, elevated contemporary. We were sad to leave! Please be aware the location shown by Expedia is incorrect. The hotel is at the northern end of the Harbourside mall and a good 10 minutes walk to the Star ferry.

Great service, hotel is modern, clean and friendly staff, excellent location adjacent to harbour city mall with all the high end shops but still walking distance to Nathan road and hub. Will definitely stay there again next time we go back to HK.

We appreciate the upgrade to a suite. However the design of this hotel is non-conventional. Side counter mounted controls for the centred faucet. No towel racks. In room dining app was not working and had to order by phone. The mall integrated hotel resulted in an inadequate entrance whereby luggage could be wheeled requiring a lift or carrying it on the stairway to the lobby. Nice looking hotel with many impractical design elements.

Convenient location near major shopping malls. Would definitely recommend splurging for the nicer rooms with continental lounge access.
