WoodSpring Suites Knoxville West
"Check-in was fine, the entire hotel smelled like a mix of random chemicals. I wonder if it is from people smoking in the rooms and the staff trying to remove/cover up the smell with endless chemicals. I wouldn't stay here again. The walls between rooms are incredibly thin. We got to hear two different men and a woman yelling at each other for hours during the night. Everyone who worked there seemed to smell of stale smoke. When we walked into our room for the first time someone was just walking out of it as if they had just cleaned it but it was 10:30 PM so I don't know what the person was doing in the room at that time.
