Spring Creek Lake House es una nueva casa "playera" a dos cuadras del lago que ofrece un excelente acceso a paseos en bote, natación y cualquier otra actividad del lago que desee realizar. Se encuentra en la comunidad de Sanders Island View y está a pocos pasos de la orilla del agua, donde encontrará una playa de arena, una rampa para botes y un muelle. Allí, en la playa, puedes ver dos de las islas del lago Texoma, un lugar popular para los navegantes.
Esta casa de 3 pisos y 2 baños (y loft) de tres pisos en el lago tiene capacidad para 12 personas. Hay un altillo con literas / nido para los niños, 3 habitaciones con 1 cama King y 2 camas queen, y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. También hay 2 baños completos con bañera y ducha. Una cocina completa con todas las comodidades: disfrute de su café por la mañana en la cubierta oeste, donde podrá observar la vida silvestre en los árboles vecinos y en el salón de la tarde en la gran terraza este, donde hay mucha sombra y espacio para relajarse para ver el actividad en el lago.
Ubicado en un lote de esquina de ½ acres, una unidad circular le brinda mucho estacionamiento y espacio para maniobrar un remolque. El espacio al aire libre tiene un patio cercado y una parrilla de gas para cocinar al aire libre. ¡El nivel inferior también tiene una habitación segura de 10x8 para esas ocasionales tormentas de Oklahoma!

Perfect place for Family stay

We recently stayed at a fantastic vacation rental with a group of six adults and four children. We were pleasantly surprised to find that even the youngest members of our group, a two-year-old and a four-year-old, were thoroughly entertained with the variety of playing stuff available at the property. This was a major plus for the parents, as it allowed them to relax knowing their children were happy and occupied. One of the highlights of our stay was the kitchen in the rental. It was the perfect fit for our group, as it was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to prepare meals for a large number of people. We enjoyed the convenience of having a fully functional kitchen, allowing us to cook and dine together without any hassle. It truly enhanced our overall experience and made us feel at home. The property itself was incredibly charming and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. We instantly fell in love with the place and felt a sense of comfort and relaxation throughout our stay. The owners had taken great care to ensure that everything was in excellent condition and provided all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We cannot emphasize enough how much we loved our time there. The combination of a fun-filled environment for the children and a well-equipped kitchen made it an ideal vacation rental for our group. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, especially for families with young children.

Sandy’s “Yellow House” is a big hit with our family. This was our third stay. We wouldn’t choose any other house for our Lake Texoma getaways! And the Sanders Island View neighborhood is a great area.

Lake vacation

We were a party of 12, 3 couples and 6 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. No one felt crowded! The house was a nice distance from the dock and a nice spot to swim. We would definitely stay again.

We used it mainly as a place to sleep, but as far as Im concerned, it exceeded my expectations! I wish I had my extended family come over for meals there as it was better equipped to handle a dozen family dinner guests easily. It is in a nice location surrounded by nice homes with the lake close by. I will request this rental if I make it back next year.

Best family vacation ever

This was our first time renting a house. We always stay in hotels. We wanted to do something completely different this year for our family vacation. And thought a weekend at the lake would be incredible. This listing just seem to be perfect for everything we were looking for. And it was. The communication between the host was so simple, and the response was so fast. The property itself was absolutely amazing and beautiful. There were all types of games to play as a family outside inside and for all ages. Everything in the house was immaculate and in great working condition. It was literally less than a 2-minute drive onto a Sandy beach. The host had a list of rental options for the lake, food places to eat, anything at all that you needed from that area including emergency services. This was absolutely the best family vacation yet. We will definitely be looking into it next year we had so much fun everything just fell into place the host were great the location was perfect everything about the location was perfect. I just can't express enough how happy we were with this property
