"Property is hour 10 minutes from Mansfield some thongs like out door lights over hot tub dont work apart from a sensor that stays on for 60 seconds essentially leaveing you in the dark if wanting to use tub after dark . On our stay we slso had no hot water in the morning for our shower and barely warm the night before. No WiFi as advertised. Host was quite lonely though. "

"A well known but much loved area in the King Valley. Lovely homestead but needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to its former glory. Plenty of room, comphy beds and a wonderful surprise of eggs, milk, bread, juice and garden tomatoes, thankyou. "

"The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff amazingly friendly, shout out to Ros who called me to confirm our stay and advised she would have the room ready early for checkin. Cooked breakfast was ok."
