Welcoming beach house with an outdoor hot tub & fire pit - 1 Block to the beach

Centrally located near Restaurants, Shopping, the Beach, and other fun spots. Short walk to The Kill Devil Grill restaurant for dinner and/or drinks.

Enjoy the great outdoor space- lounging out on the back deck, , grilling up delicious meals or sipping drinks and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit.

Bright sun filled kitchen includes everything you might need to cook up great meals and entertain. The main level has 4 bedrooms with 1.5 Baths, living room, kitchen and dining area. Three of the bedrooms have a queen size bed and the 4th has bunk beds. This home has been tastefully remodeled and has cathedral ceilings and a spacious great room.

On the ground level, underneath the house there is an outdoor shower great for rinsing off after a day at the beach!

We supply most everything you should need for fun filled beach days (towels, coolers, beach umbrellas, beach toys, etc). So come enjoy a great beach vacation.

Also included:
We allows pets with a $150 non-refundable pet fee
Pets are not allowed on furniture or on the beds. Also pets must be crated when left alone at the property.
