Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or serving brunch on the covered deck. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with updated appliances and a breakfast bar. Either bedrooms is comfortable and outfitted with luxe linens for a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Minimal Effort - Minimal Results

Property seems to be 70's - owners want to create an atmosphere of 'nothing special' 'bare minimum' - throw a surfboard in the living room - won't be staying here again - does that nail it ? Owners you accomplished your mission: Minimal effort - Minimal Results. And bottom line from the customer: WON'T BE STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
