"It wasn't very clean( table, bences, ) and not very accurate. It says kitchen but there is nowhere to cook (only microwave) so its not a kitchen. Also no sink ,we had to wash everything in the toilet"

"We were disappointed that the hotplates, spa bath and hairdryer didn't work at all and the air conditioner sounded like a washing machine & overheated the top loft while the lower floor remained freezing. Also, there was a major incident in adjoining room but noone came to check on us during or after. ..."
