Kurraba - Family friendly country escape with pool

Beautifully appointed 4 bedroom home. Fantastic outdoor living space with expansive deck to spread out as you enjoy the solar heated pool, BBQ or gaze at the stars. Central location 5 mins into Kangaroo Valley township, 20 mins to Berry and 30 mins to the beach. Unwind after a day of activities in the indoor/outdoor bath followed by a glass of wine in front of the fire. There is plenty to explore on this acreage, watch out for our resident wildlife including wombats, deer, kangaroo and echidnas!

This is a great home for young kids and teenagers alike with lots of open living space to spread out.

Ten acres of paddock and bush are yours to explore. Wander down to the creek to look for yabbies or pan for gold. There is a citrus garden and vegetable patch always in need of some love, feel free to pick fruit and any herbs you can find. If you keen gardeners and would like to lend a hand, we always appreciate any weeding!

There is a slow combustion fireplace in the living room which keeps the whole house warm in winter. If you aren’t keen on a fire there is reverse cycle air-con in the main living area, as well as fans and oil heaters in each room.

The house has four bedrooms - one with a king, two with a queen and the fourth has a tri-bunk. There is also an additional mattress available for kids by request The fourth bedroom with the bunk bed has a separate TV providing a perfect retreat for kids (big and small).

The main bathroom is an original feature with large wet area and bath. Pull back the windows to bring the outdoors in and block out the mozzies with the wrap around screen.

The outdoor living space is our favourite area with solar heated pool and views down the valley, large couches, 10 seater table for Summer BBQ’s and still enough space to run around. There is also a fire-pit which is perfect for toasting marshmallows under the stars.

Kurraba is designed to accommodate family groups and we have a strict no party policy. No additional guests are allowed unless approved prior to your stay. A security camera is located at the front entrance of the property.
