Welcome to Ali’i Point #9 by Gather, a spectacular 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom oceanfront home with unobstructed panoramic views over the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific. Located inside one of the most exclusive gated communities on the Kona Coast at Ali’i Point, you'll experience the vacation of a lifetime while staying in this luxurious custom residence that sleeps up to 6 guests. With an open-air design, and an abundance of natural light, high-vaulted ceilings, wood accents, large sliding doors, and a mixture of split AC and ceiling fans, this easy breezy home allows for a comfortable and elegant Hawaiian experience.

At the entrance of Ali’i Point #9 is the tastefully manicured koi pond and serenity fountain to usher you into your relaxing vacation. From the initial foyer and walkway, you enter the cohesive living room, dining room, lounge area, and gourmet kitchen. With plenty of ceiling fans and large sliding doors to let in the tropical breeze, this is the perfect place for your entire group to lounge and socialize throughout the day and long into the night. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with several stainless steel appliances, gorgeous Koa wood cabinetry, polished granite counters, a large central island, access to the back lanai (patio), incredible ocean views, and access to the other living areas. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a large table fit for up to 8 guests, as well as the lounge area with 4 comfortable captains chairs and a large coffee table for guests to enjoy. The living room next door is equipped with 2 large couches and a smart TV, with immaculate ocean views abound. To the side is a half bathroom for guests’ convenience.

Upstairs in the spacious Primary bedroom suite, you’ll find a comfortable King bed, AC, ceiling fan, desk space, a viewing area with a comfortable couch and a smart TV, and a private balcony with lounge chairs from which you can enjoy the spectacular ocean views of the Kona coastline. The Primary bedroom also comes with its own private ensuite which includes dual vanities with Koa cabinetry and granite counters, a large and luxurious soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom is equipped with a King bed and the 3rd Bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed both come furnished with Smart TVs, AC, ceiling fan, ocean views, and attached ensuites with walk-in showers.

Step out to the backyard of Ali’i Point #9 for a wealth of amenities including the solar infinity heated pool and on-demand electric heated hot tub, overlooking the glistening ocean waves.
