room was very clean, we were assigned in room 128. staff were nice and friendly. Mike from housekeeping was very helpful and assisted us while he was cleaning the room next to ours. the basement parking was easy and convenient. my children love the indoor pool. the only negative during our stay is that some jets in the hot tub were not working. other than that, everything was good. highly recommend staying here.

We enjoy our time here. It’s truly dog friendly, the staff is very kind and efficient and the hotel is in relatively good shape. The pool is small but clean and a great time.

The bathtub tap had to be repaired as it broke in the morning when trying to get ready to go skiing. Instead of offering another room we were given use of another room to get ready. This delayed our start to the day when we were supposed to be skiing. The tap was never fully repaired as it leaked for the rest of our stay. The hot tub was out of service, with no notification upon check-in. We found out at the time we went to use it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours and people in the hall way.
