When we walked in, the lobby looked clean and smelled clean. Check in went good. On our way to our room on the 2nd floor we used the elevator, we got on the elevator and it smelled horrible of weed. It was not pleasant at all. Hallway to our room was clean, opened the door to our room it looked and smelt clean. The shower drain could use cleaning it was nasty looking.

We stayed here a few times now as our youngest attends Beloit College. It's always a nice stay. Rooms are fine. Beds are comfortable. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. My only complaint and it's not a huge deal, but a lot of other Holiday Inn locations I have stayed at in other cities have some type of restraunt/bar attached to the property. Like I said, it's not a deal breaker, just one ammenity I am used to that is missing when I stay at this location. Otherwise, everything is wonderful. We will continue to stay here as long as we continue to visit Beloit.

Nice place, remodeled and clean. We were roomed next to a loud birthday party, but we were reassured by staff at the front desk that she would ask them to be quiet or move us if needed. Only negative thing was that breakfast was rubbery omelets.
