A couple in Jaiphur.

Very beautiful hotel, smell good which is important in India, very efficient and good service, welcoming, nice breakfast. We were disappointed only with one matter, we booked also dinner, there were no guests at dinner and the kitchen was bed as well as the unprofessional staff, we asks to cancel the dinner for the following days, and they had no flexibility at all to cancel which is weird in my view. We pay for dinners but went out to restaurants. Very upset about that.

Royal Grounds with Royal Experiences!!!

We enjoyed our two nights stay very much. Simply, Spacious, clean & comfortable. Loved it.!! Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the dining experiences. Nice hotel with lovely grounds/ facilities. Big room with a lovely bathroom and terrace. Great food options and everything we ate was delicious. However staff and service really let this hotel down - a lot of the staff weren’t particularly friendly and seemed a bit miserable. Service was incredibly slow. Really expected better considering the amount we paid to stay here.
