Enjoyable

My husband, 26 year old daughter, and I stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas. Property as described and located in older, established, quiet, neighborhood. We had the feeling we were in the country, but in reality were just a few blocks from the center of downtown. The home and yard are as pictured and described and very clean. The weather was cool - 45 - 60 degrees and cloudy. The house is older so not as insulated as newer homes, but the central heat works very well. We were very comfortable as we could adjust the thermostat to keep us warm and cozy. The only concerning issue we had is that the sofa in the living room is broken. My husband sat on it and immediately and abruptly the cushion and he sank to the floor. We jnformed the owner of this and had another question about the property, but we didn’t receive a response for more than 24 jours. After I messaged him again he again began to respond promptly. Our stay was nice and we had mostly everything we needed. There is no washer or dryer on the property. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us as we have family in the area and did our laundry at their home. It’s just a bit inconvenient to lug it around. Charming home and we’re happy we choose it.

Short but sweet

The location for us was perfect because we were there for a medical appointment and it was only 5 minutes away. The yard was great for our little dogs. It’s an older home, but clean and decorated very nicely.

Nice interior renovation

We were in town for a football game, so we were looking for something close to the stadium This is obviously an older house that the owners have done a great job with, as far as renovation of the interior. Everything was great, and there’s a cool little fenced in hangout area in the backyard that we really liked. We only had one minor issue upon checking in, and they got it resolved for us within minutes, we would book this location again if we came back to Jacksonville.

Adorable Cottage!

This little house was perfect for our short stay in Jacksonville! Check in was easy, the house was very clean, and we appreciated all the little touches that Andrew and Melody took the time to implement, including extra towels, soap, coffee, and filtered water in the fridge.

Great place, very clean and a great location

We loved staying at this property. Definitely a home away from home. Very clean and tidy. We don’t know much about Jacksonville but this property is close to a lot of things from shopping to recreation and dining. We would definitely come back. Thank you for being great host and hostess.

Great Spot to Stay

Wife and I were in town for the game and we couldn't of picked a better spot! Property is very nice, clean and comfy. It's just minutes from the stadium and everything we wanted to check out. Will definitely stay here the next time the Browns are in town.

A Cute Little House

We were comfortable in this house but would have a few recommendations. The amount of dinnerware needs to be increased. Lighting could be improved with a pole lamp in the living room. We think that it should be emphasized that although you are in the San Marco area, you are not in walking distance to any of the shops and restaurants.

Heart of San Marco

This is not quite in heart of San Marco, but close enough. Really liked the layout of the house, cozy back yard. Be aware, no washer drier. No local parks within walking distance that I could find. But, that was not part of my agenda. Just something to take note of. I would stay there again.

Super cute

Had a great trip to Jax with my daughters. Property was exactly as advertised, super clean and well stocked. Easiest check in ever. Beds were comfortable. I never needed to reach out for anything while i was there, but when i jad questions prior to my stay, all were answers promptly. Super friendly and accomdatiing. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

Booked for a weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday with our dogs. We were so close to everything we had planned (including some dog parks) that it made for a stress free trip full of fun. Backyard had some great seating areas. We will definitely book again if we are ever back in town.

Lovely little house

Great first impressions. A little tired in some parts of the house such as the bathroom. Not necessarily a downfall on the house itself but renting from the uk and not having been to America / Jacksonville before it was a shame we couldn’t walk to anything. San Marco was a drive so that was a shame as we love to walk. Owners were living in the garage whilst we were in the house which made us feel uneasy especially as work in the garden was taking place whilst we were out.

Cozy and convenient

Backyard was nice for the dogs. Very close to San Marco restaurants. Several dog parks close by. House was comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Many other places to visit close by.
