The frying pans need to be replaced as they are very dangerous to use. Teflon coatings have been scratched and they leach toxic chemicals into your food. Please consider replacing with ceramic coated pans or stainless steel. This is the second stay and pans were unusable. Otherwise the staff here are wonderful and the hotel is very comfortable. Love the beds and grateful for the gym. Please also have the floors and mats mopped in the gym as they are dirty.

Everything was great. Tremendous value for a first class place. No better location in greater Jacksonville. Walking distance to every restaurant and store imaginable. Simply GREAT! Ez parking too! Safe and really clean.

The stay was great and the service was excellent, but the only thing was there was hair in the tub and on the sheets in the bedroom. It was corrected right away once brought to the staffs attention. It did not alter my stay news sheets were received and the stay was great.

The room was nice & well equipped with everything to make you feel at home away from home. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a good spread. Sausage, Omelettes, & Oatmeal were well prepared. Also had Cereal, Hard Boiled Eggs, Yogurt & fruit. Onsite coin laundry was clean and easy to use. Affordable cost and the machines did a great job cleaning my clothes. Thumbs up!

This area is a shopping and dining experience! It has everything. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. There were so many choices and I really liked that you could add so many flavorful toppings to spice up your eggs and toppings for oatmeal as well.

From check in to the free breakfast and everything in between, everything was awesome. The staff were quick at check in and even asked my preferred floor. The room was clean and the kitchen was very convenient for bringing food and snacks back. The free breakfast was great and they had plenty of options. Overall this was a fantastic stay. This property also sits behind a town center with tons of shopping and dining options as well as stuff for kids to do.
