The hotel as a property is excellent - recently refurbished and in great condition, clean, excellent layout, probably the biggest pool I've ever seen, lots of sunbeds, private beach area and a good gym. We didn't use the spa. The staff are excellent and attentive.

The evening entertainment is very loud and goes on past midnight. Not a relaxing time. Booked an excursion through the hotel and picked up 45 minutes late. Stopped at 2 unplanned destinations and arrived at the destination we wished to visit and only got 30 minutes there as we had to make the 30 minute trek back to the minibus. We then ended up back at the hotel 30 minutes early Reported it at the hotel. No feedback."
