Good Place to stay
It was a good place to stay for the money. When I booked it did not state that it was a trailer. It had nice updated bathrooms.We booked for the Battle of Sacramento re-enactment because of incoming inclement weather. We had issues with the dryer and let the owner know.

The side door to the first floor has NO LOCK on it. The door looks like you have to use a room key BUT YOU DON’T. You can walk right in WITHOUT a KEY. Not very secure. Also the parking lot has pot holes in it. Not very becoming for place of business.

Room is dilapidated. Walls are full of holes or is just bare drywall patch. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in. The sink wouldnt drain. The bedside lights didnt work.
