Love the unit, very clean and homie

The only thing was lack of address and/or name of property to let the taxi drivers know where I am staying.

Perfect, but listing was wrong

The listing stated there were 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in living room. There was in fact only one room and the sofa bed was very small (listing has now been updated, although important to note the sofa bed is still very small, really only suitable for 2 small children) Unfortunately, we were 2 adults and 2 teens and needed the separate rooms and standard size beds, so we had to rent the apartment next door (which luckily was available)The location of the apartment is perfect, 20 min in golf buggy to North Beach and 10 min from some great beach clubs towards South Point. Lots of shops within walking distance and a great little restaurant (El Charco, Daisy e Raoul) which Angela the owner recommended. Was let down by the fact we had to pay more for the listing being wrong (they should've honoured what was listed). I was offered a lift to the airport from the ferry (as a courtesy for listing mistake) which never turned up, and again had to cough up more money. The owners are lovely and the apartments are perfect. Cost of taxi from ferry approx 100 pesos, so if golf buggy not an option, taxis are a great alternative.
