"Stayed here after visiting Radium Hot Springs on a BC road trip. Room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced. The man on reception on the afternoon shift was very friendly and we had a good chat with him about other Canadian regions. We got to the breakfast late in the opening time and some things had run out but there was still enough to choose from. It was good to see the boot cleaner at the lobby front and tray for boots in the room because other hotel rooms in the region had dirty carpet as a result of boots being muddy. There was a sign about having recently replaced the carpet. Great also to have an elevator for upper floors as lugging suitcases up stairs for properties without them gets tiresome. Most of the older two storey properties in BC have stairs only."
