Parking was a constant struggle as there is not enough parking for the apartment tenants and there is a brewery/restaurant next door without ample parking and the restaurant crowd were always parking over in the apartment parking area so on most nights trying to find a parking spot was nearly impossible. The legs were missing off the couch and it was just sitting on the floor so if you tried to sit on it your knees were up in your face and trying to get up out of it was like climbing up off the floor. The bedroom was supposed to have a dresser and a tv in it according to the pictures, but it was not there. And to top it all off while staying there I received a packet of legal documents calling for immediate eviction causing me concern that my stay was going to be cut short due to the host having not paid their rent for the unit since like February and was being sued for back rent & eviction. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The host is obviously scamming the apartment complex for the use of this space to put it on VRBO and rent it out to make money without paying the rent they have agreed to for like 7 months. I did a little research when the legal documents were received and the LLC that the host has it set up under is completely bogus. The address is not an office but some little thrift store near downtown Indianapolis. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!
