The bed was lumpy and old, the coffee maker didn't work for two days after reporting it two times, two lights didn't work in the room, the tissue ran out and never replaced, the cleaning staff slid a piece of paper under the door on two days at 7:15 AM stating they weren't going to clean the room and the cleaning staff woke me up at 6:45 on 3 days because they were so loud in the hallway.

The hotel itself is beautiful with affordable accommodations. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. I was so comfy I feel as though I may need to find out where they purchase their pillows and bedding. The restaurant in the lobby made for an easy time deciding on dinner. The pizza there is very affordable for a decent size. If you're looking for a hotel near Riley's Childrens Health IU Health North in Carmel IN, the Holiday Inn here is just 7 min away, making it a little less stressful when traveling from afar.
