The property is located right next to a Marriott so it’s very safe. It is under construction so the 4th floor king beds are closed but it is a still a very good place. They have a variety of breakfast options and one of the workers was personally making omelets for people, 10/10 love them for that. Unfortunately, I rated 4 stars bc the AC in the room doesn’t work very well and it was very loud on my floor. Idk if the people next door were just being obnoxious or if this is a reoccurring thing but they were screaming/yelling their conversations for the whole world to hear ALL NIGHT LONG. They continued this the entirety of my stay from check in to check out, debated on reporting to staff but I didn’t want to bother them with that.

Our experience started okay—the lobby looked nice. But once we got off the elevator, everything went downhill. The carpet was filthy and paint was peeling from the walls. When we got to the room assigned to us, there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Just as I was about to use my key, a hotel employee walked up and rudely asked what we were doing outside her room. We explained it was the number given to us by the front desk, and she snapped, “You need to go back downstairs. Somebody messed up.” Back at the lobby, they gave us a different room. That one wasn’t much better—the fridge was dirty inside, the tub had grime, and there was a wad of hair over the drain. We were tired from traveling and decided to just clean it ourselves. The shower drained so slowly we were standing in water the whole time. To make matters worse, our room keys stopped working every day, and we had to keep going to the front desk to get them reactivated. On our last day, another guest mentioned the hotel was “supposed” to be remodeling. Honestly, I hope they do—but I won’t be coming back. Between the rude staff, dirty rooms, and constant key issues, this stay was nothing short of frustrating.

Key card needed to be reprogrammed every time you left the room. Pool area had damaged parts that cut one kids hand. Breakfast was very basic. Fan in bathroom didn’t work, and paint was flaking off everywhere. AC pumped humid air into the room. Spend a few extra dollars and stay elsewhere.

It felt really dirty,the carpets in the hallway and rooms are disgusting. The staff did not want to be bothered for any reason. I went down to the desk twice and asked for a light cleaning after 4 and 5 days because we were out of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner and tissues and our trash cans were overflowing. They did not send anyone so by the 3rd day, at 3:00 I just wend down for the stuff we needed. They sent someone at 5:15 and at that point we had gotten everything we were out of so they just emptied the trash cans. I would not recommend at all.

The staff was very responsive and check in was easy. I dont know why where were a ton of holes on the bottom of the walls in the hallways, and also mysterious stains on the carpet everywhere including in the room. I could also hear every little thing the person in room next to me was doing. I maybe slept 3 hours.
