"Location was ideal for my needs. However, telephone support when I called to inform of my delayed arrival was EXTREMELY frustrating. I was put on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up and tried again 5 minutes later. Got an obviously outside the country agent who I could just barely hear who proceed to give me the wrong telephone number for the wrong location after I specified the guildford location, not Cloverdale! "

"I did not find anything that I did not like, check in and check out was very good, the rooms were clean, the chambermaids were good as they answered all my questions and supplied me with two smaller pillows that I requested and the breakfast every morning was good with a change in selection every day. There was one thing I was not a happy camper with,the on property restaurant named Ricky's, poor service and the food less that acceptable in my opinion."
