The apartment had all the amenities one could ask for. The location and view were impressive. We enjoyed the front deck for our afternoon cocktails. The only problem was the 700 dollar service fee. We’d recommend this apartment were it not for that.

Stayed at the property with family for 3 nights. Beautiful views, convenient location, walking distance to Safeway. Property is a little tired, needs some TLC. Need to replace the coffee maker (brews extremely weak coffee despite two attempts) Fortunately they had a french press.

Amazing view

Wow what an amazing view. We only spent two nights but would stay here again. It was also in a good location near a lot of things. As we were leaving we had a great breakfast at the Egg River Cafe. Even if you do like we did and get one pancake to share you they are a must try. The only thing I did not really care for was the fact I booked on VRBO and then the management company wanted me to sign up for their app which I did not do.

Beautiful view and clean home

My family enjoyed our stay here. There was ample room for 6 adults. The home was clean, well stocked, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. It’s conveniently located to a grocery store and town. Highly recommend!

Midweek stay

Lots of room. Grocery next door a bit noisy at night. Everything we could have needed supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. Easy communication. Bath lighting a bit dim. Beds soft. Bathroom sinks seemed plugged; drain very slowly. Overall good space to gather.

Amazing Vacation Home!!

Our family stayed here for a family wedding. The place is in a very convenient location and has an unbelievable beautiful view!! It is very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. The communication with the management was great. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Great space

This space with 3 king size beds and 3 full baths was perfect for our party of 6 adults. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and there is a nice view of Mt. Adams. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are a little tight, but having king size beds makes up for that.

Great views in a town house in a central part of Hood River

Four of us stayed in this townhouse which has a great view of the mountains. It has all the kitchen supplies to make your stay comfortable, It’s not fancy and the furniture is dated, but great communication with the property managers, and close to everything you would want to do.

Wedding weekend

We rented this townhouse for 4 nights for my son's wedding weekend. It is everything as described in the listing and reviews. The first few days were cloudy, but on the wedding day there wasn't a cloud in the sky, and the view of Mt Adams was spectacular! The location is very good; a short walk into town, but also to Starbucks, Safeway and Walmart. East interstate access. The ONLY reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 were the lack of instruction book (garbage days, operating hot tub and outdoor lighting, AND, the house seemed dark at times. Several bulbs burned out and/or switches not working (bedroom, bathroom, garage). But overall well equipped and a good value.

Nice but with some repairs needed

Family stayed here for a wedding in the area and overall it worked out quite well, however there were some repairs needed to the property that made it feel more run down than we anticipated, and so we thought it was overpriced for the quality. Grill in particular was filthy and unusable.

Great House!

We came to stay for our son’s wedding and the house was great. The communication with the rental company was almost non-existent. We had questions during our stay that we immediately inquired about and no one got back to us at all. For the amount of money we paid to rent this home I would have expected better customer service than that.

Hood River townhouse

While the home was nice and in a nice area. We had some issues. First, 3 months before the trip I had requested to add a day on at the beginning of the trip. It took 3 weeks for them to respond to my message, and when they did they stated we could add that day for three times the going rate. But the other problem was that by the time they responded it was no longer available according to their site. When I question them about the availability and the increase in amount, they apologized and gave us a new rate. By that time I had already booked elsewhere in a neighboring community. The day before we got to the place, we were notified that the hot tub was not in order. Since there was no water around the outside of the hot tub and the hot tub was totally empty, I'm assuming the new about this earlier than the 24 hours beforehand. We also found out after we did a load of wash so the dryer did not work. That time when we contacted the local management they did respond promptly however they said we should have been notified of that, which we were not. Not having a hot tub is unfortunate but not having a clothes dryer is a great inconvenience, especially when traveling with multiple people for many days. The dishwasher also leaked do we need to put a towel underneath the door. The blue throw rugs were a huge fall risk so we move them. They should probably replace some of their cookware. I think if management was a little bit better, the place would be awesome.

Great place with a wonderful view!

We came to do some mountain biking and the house was perfect for us—quiet, with a secure garage for our bikes. We loved sitting on the balcony, Mt. Adams and the nearby hills. It was really nice.

Open spaces for the group activity, but seclusion is available if needed. Neighborhood is serene and quiet. Safeway is an easy walk if you need anything.

Very Clean and Comfortable

Everything was very clean and well-arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view was incredible! One of our favorite VRBO's in quite a while. We had a little problem with the hot tub, but it was addressed promptly. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great for friends reunion

Townhome was beautiful and well appointed. Our group has traveled together for 20 years so we know a great place when we see it. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. I would say it's a definite short drive to town, walking is an ambitious description. .

Beautiful Condo with Awesome Views of Mt. Adams

The condo was beautiful--just as described--with awesome views of Mt. Adams! The location was perfect, within walking distance to groceries, Starbucks, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.
