The Space:

Step onto your private lanai and feel the steady island breeze drift through, setting an easy rhythm for the day. Evenings settle into a calm glow high above Waikiki, where you can unwind comfortably after time spent exploring the shoreline and neighborhood streets.
Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom condo sleeps 4 guests and is thoughtfully arranged for both comfort and privacy. The bedroom features a king-size bed with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage with a closet and dresser. Sliding doors separate the bedroom from the living area when desired. In the living room, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, along with extra pillows and blankets for longer stays.
Living space
The open living area invites relaxed downtime, whether you are watching the 43 inch HDTV with standard cable or catching up online with Wifi and an Ethernet connection. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help keep the interior comfortable, and the single-level layout means no stairs within the home. Self check-in with a keypad allows you to arrive on your own schedule.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook at your own pace during your stay. You will have access to a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everyday cooking basics, along with a dining table for shared meals. Beach essentials are provided, and shared beach access is nearby for easy days by the ocean. The building offers a shared heated pool, shared hot tub, shared sauna, shared BBQ grill, outdoor playground, elevator access, EV charger - level 2, and free parking garage on premises - 1 space. Please note that the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
