Hilton Head Winter

After surviving 5" of snow and ice the rest of the time was pleasant. The house was exceptionally clean except for a few pots and pans. The beds were fairly comfortable but the bed in the MBR was exceptionally high and this is coming from someone who is 6'2". Also a chair in the bedrooms would be a welcome addition. My overall impression is the house was very well done and I would most definitely stay there again.

Girls’ Getaway

Home was lovely. Very well supplied with an abundance of beach towels and bath towels. Kitchen was well stocked. If you like to cook, bring or buy your own spices; just S&P and some cinnamon were found in the cabinet. Jacob with Beachside Getaway respond promptly when a couple of minor issues came up. He was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely Spectacular Stay!

This was our first trip to the island and it was MAGICAL!! The house and the neighborhood were so beautiful! It was so clean and there was so much room! The pool was also AMAZING!! It was great for kids and adults! We rented bikes and took a few short rides to the beach and out looking for alligators. The Beachside Getaway management company was also spectacular! From before, during and after the trip - they kept the perfect amount of communication. We had bad weather come through during our stay and they sent out updates regularly. You could tell everything was very well thought out, and there was plenty of easy to follow instructions & information. It would be wonderful to come back and stay here again! We had such a lovely, laid back getaway here!!

WONDERFUL!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Beachside Properties and 6 Pender Lane. The Beachside staff is absolutely incredible! From the booking all the way through our stay they were attentive, quick to respond, professional and just wonderful! The property at 6 Pender Lane was perfect for our family of six. The house is lovely and SO CLEAN. The porch, pool and hot tub provided lots of outdoor fun. The very well stocked kitchen, dining and family room are the heart of the house with plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms all have private baths which was so nice, and the laundry room is large and functional. We love Beachside Properties and will be staying with them again and again in the coming years!

Lovely house

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and pretty. The communication with those involved was easy; everyone was friendly and efficient. The bike ride to the beach was short and beautiful. It was close to the Forest Preserve which was lovely too.

Great Property

I stayed at this property with my wife, our child, my parents, my brother, brothers wife, and my aunt. Overall we had an amazing time! We stay in Hilton Head almost every year and this house was one of the best we've ever had. There was more than enough room to accommodate everyone's needs. We loved the screened in patio and the extra beverage fridge! The pool and Hot Tub were well taken care of and exactly what we needed. All of the bathrooms seemed spotless and stocked with supplies for use. The closets for all bedrooms had lots of space especially the master. Now comparing the pictures to the real thing, this property feels much bigger than it appears to be. Check in and check out process was just as stated and easily communicated with Beachside through text messages. I can honestly say I would recommend this property to anyone that considers it. I can't come up with a negative or (grow) of the property from our stay.

Nice House in Sea Pines

The house was great and had everything we needed. It was great to have a garage to keep our car and bikes out of the sun. Would have been nice to have a garage door opener, but we managed without it of course! Beach access was a little confusing at first. Overall, a great vacation!

Amazing property!

We had the best stay here! The property looks better in person than in the pictures. Very clean, great floorplan, nice private pool/hot tub, and the house was stocked nicely with everything you need! We'll definitely stay here again!

An excellent option

Clean, comfortable, private, a great layout, and was a perfect space for us (5 adults). The only small downside was the fridge is a smaller unit and for a family that cooks everyday we found we needed more space. Minus that small detail we loved it! Recommend!
