Cabin has lodge décor with 1 Queen bed, full bath, kitchen and Livingroom. Air mattress available . Kids can also camp in the Livingroom with sleeping bags. We provide all house hold items and linens so just bring your bag for a fabulous getaway!

Anniversary Retreat

We LOVED the little tiny house! It was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The area is GORGEOUS! We enjoyed downtown Franklin and nearby Highland and the waterfalls on the drive between the 2 towns. Look forward to next time.

Great little getaway spot. Very clean, easy to get to, and in a great location. About 1.5 hours from Gatlinburg, 10 minutes from down town Franklin, 25 minutes from Highlands, 20 minutes to Dillard, 35 minutes to Rabun. Lots of waterfalls and scenery to explore. The owner’s communication was great as well. Highly recommend!
