We arrived in the evening. The reception was unmanned, the self-check in code didn’t work and the info line was off for the night. We were stranded in the foreign city in the night and forced to book another stay.

They promised to look into the AC but noone came to give me an update if the ac was indeed broken or if they had fixed it (still used outside air and fan to avoid disappointment) Breakfast was the same thing everyday. No wifi and poor cell service in my room 307. I had to work from the lobby so i can get wifi for my laptop and to get on zoom calls. Very inconvenient "
