Simply Splendid!

Check in was smooth although there was a short wait due to a queue. Reservation staff friendly. Breakfast was very good, which to us were a range of healthy foods on offer. Room was of reasonable size with double bed, a small working table with chair in front of the TV, and free coffee making facilities. Unfortunately, there was no near power point socket at the working table which would make things easier when working though not an issue. Location of the hotel was definitely good for us, which was adjacent and within a less than five minutes walk after exiting the Helsinki Central Station. Centrally located with easy access to buses, foods (restaurants too), shopping malls and within walking distance to the Helsinki Market Square and some other attractions. Overall, Scandic Helsinki Hotel is a very good, nice, and value for money place to stay. We would certainly return to stay on our next visits and would highly recommend to others too.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The reception staff were extremely rude and completely uninterested in helping guests. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to be able to enter our room, with no explanation or apology. To make matters worse, the electrical socket in the room was coming out of the wall, which is unacceptable and unsafe. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

フロントは親切で、持ってきた食材のレンジでの温めもしてくれました。 部屋は、車椅子対応の部屋だったようで、入り口もとても広く驚きました。 サウナも利用しました。私たちが利用している時間には他に誰も来ませんでしたが、サウナの温度はちょっと低いと感じました。 朝食はチーズやハムの種類が多くてよかったです。 スープはなかったと思います。
