Disliked: Check-in, communication
I was not able to access the property because I was never sent details on how to enter. It’s my fault for not remembering to check before landing but I still thinks it’s pretty poor service not to have sent me confirmation details, including access, to my email 24-72 hours before arrival. I landed in Helsinki on a Saturday and when I tried to call for assistance, no one picked up the phone and there was no voice mail or messaging service available. In the end I just rented another hotel room and am in the process of trying to get a refund for this room that I never used. It’s a shame because it looked like good value for money, but I’ll never know.
