The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast staff was very nice and accommodating! We were given an awful room on the 2nd floor with a view of a wall when you look out the window. This is ridiculous especially since I paid more than $100 for this room on Hotels.com. The room had a moldy smell and didn't seem very clean. There were moldy stains in the bathroom and you had to hold the handle down on the toilet to properly flush. The headboard from the king bed was all scratched up. The sofa in the bedroom was so old and looked stained.

On a trip with friends for the USM homecoming. The location was great, staff nice and breakfast good. The room not so great. It was in definite need of an update with headboard and lights needing to be replaced. The tv was having issues and some channels had no signal (in particular Fox, which was airing the 1st game of the World Series!)

Great stop while on a cross-country trek

Our room was clean and nicely cool when we arrived for an overnight stay while on a long cross-country road trip. The front desk staff was especially helpful in honoring my request for a quiet top floor room. The shower was hot and felt refreshing. Overall it was a pleasant, restful stay.

Shower was full of hair, not our hair, and toilet had urine on back of rim, not our urine. Horrible old trash smell outside 4th fliir elevator assuming it came from housekeeping closet, first floor bathrooms out of order. Otherwise it was wonderful.

The hotel looks really nice outside and in the lobby area. Once on the upper level the hall way smelled aweful. Our bathroom had hair that was not ours on the sink and the shower OMG it looked like it had not been cleaned. The shower floor was dirty with pubic hair in the corners. If it had not been so late when we checked in we would have left. TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work to call front desk. Slept a few hours and left.

The hotel is a bit run down, the rooms were very old and could use some refreshing. The TV was on the fritz and needs replaced. Food left in microwave and used water bottles left. Hair on the floor. Just all around disgusting.

Hotel is VERY dirty. We had our first room switched because the shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned. My mom’s room had food leftover in the fridge, the AC didn’t work, and it just stunk so bad everywhere you went. Area is sketchy and unsafe. Pool is super small and I wouldn’t swim there.
