"I had read promising reviews about this hotel and I must say that it has gone beyond my expectations. Sorry for not remember your names: personnel at reception very helpful when needed, staff from the restaurant looking after us since our arrival facilitating and booking the same table every day which was close to the buffet to make it easier for my wife as she is a disabled person, staff from the beach bar the same or even more, the maid who made our room every day leaving petals on the bed drawing shapes, also leaving two baskets of fruit and always smiling and greeting us when we bumped into each other in the mornings. Keep working like that and keep providing this amazing service to your customers. THANK YOU and really MUCH APPRECIATED."

"If you want to stay in a central location, this one fits the bill. It is an older hotel with no elevator and overpriced for what was provided. From the moment we walked in, we had several issues...we waited 10-15 min just to be able to get into our room and it was after check-in time when we arrived. Then we got to the room after a very hot trip from Tunis and wanted to shower, but there were no towels in our room. We called down and they told us they would be brought up soon. We had to call again and waited over an hour to receive towels which should should have been a basic thing in the room. We also had no blow dryer provided and apparently there was only one in the whole hotel, but two days later they bought some new ones. We also had to ask for more toilet paper and our rooms were never cleaned over three nights. There was also no water or basic bathroom toiletries provided in the rooms which seems crazy to me at $100 a night. Staff, particularly the women, were none too friendly or helpful. There was also a definite language barrier, so don't expect English. The highlight was the breakfast that was included. Was disappointed all around."
